Meet Hugo
Hello everyone, my name is Hugo, the founder of Hugo Care.
I was born in South Korea and deeply inspired by the story of 'The Giving Tree' at a young age. I found fulfillment in helping marginalised individuals, ensuring they felt included and were treated equally.
In 2011, I moved to Australia and entered nursing school, as if it were my destiny. After graduating, I gained 10 years of experience in aged care and hospitals.
During this time, I realised that many people in the community, including those with disabilities, were not receiving the professional and systematic care they needed. To fill this gap, I established Hugo Care, aiming to provide compassionate and personalised support to enhance their well-being.
What makes Hugo Care Different?
All our work is closely supervised by clinical nurses to ensure the highest quality of care. Cultural diversity is one of the most important factors in creating your personalised support plan by our specialists. Our support workers are not only thoroughly screened for their knowledge, but also for their empathy, ensuring a compassionate and understanding approach.
Additionally, we provide the flexibility for you to choose your own support workers and nurses, ensuring a comfortable and supportive environment based on respect, kindness, and genuine connections.
